We have been commissioned to sell a building plot of around 206.000m² located directly ocean-side on the Karpaz Peninsula in the region of Northern Cyprus. The building site is located directly on the sea and borders a Nature Reserve. Presently, plans have been developed for the construction of a Hotel Complex with a Casino, Villas and Apartments. The proprietor of this Hotel will receive a full license to run the Casino, as well as a tax exemption for at least ten years. A division of the property is possible, so that one site can be made available for the Hotel Complex and two other sites for the Villas and Apartments. It is also possible to purchase adjacent land, thus expanding the present property. The total purchase price, including all approved development, is 18.27 million Euros.
